Our Argan Base Oil is a 100% pure, natural oil prized for its rich, conditioning properties. Often known as “liquid gold,” it is produced from the kernels of the argan tree (Argania spinosa), which is native to Morocco and naturally adapted to the country’s dry, arid climate.

Argan trees grow within a relatively limited region, contributing to the oil’s reputation as a precious and highly valued natural ingredient. The argan fruit has a tough outer shell protecting the kernels inside. Traditionally, the fruit was collected after falling from the trees, with goats famously feeding on the fruit and leaving the kernels behind. Today, the kernels are carefully processed to produce the distinctive golden oil.

Naturally rich in essential fatty acids, vitamin E and antioxidants, Argan Oil is widely used in natural skincare and haircare. It helps leave skin feeling moisturised, soft and supple, while adding conditioning and shine to dry or damaged-looking hair.

Argan Oil is also an excellent ingredient for handmade soap and solid shampoo bars.
